Our first engagement with Time4Advice began in 2011 when they were a brave, innovative, new entrant into the fiercely competitive adviser administration systems market. In order to compete effectively, CURO CRM from Time4Advice had to offer fully automated, electronic remuneration feeds (adviser charges and commissions) from the major providers and platforms, followed rapidly by automated valuation services.

CBoxx drew on our depth of experience, knowledge and industry connections within the Origo standards market to design and build the Symmetry messaging service for Time4Advice that is now fully embedded within CURO and providing secure, scalable, industry standard messaging services.

CURO from Time4Advice is an Adviser CRM and Back Office system built on Microsoft’s world-class Dynamics CRM software. Having delivered the core Symmetry service, CBoxx carried on to work with the T4A team to integrate and test the software with CURO, then provide an implementation program for the industry connections that CURO clients were demanding.

Symmetry is extremely flexible and robust, using both the Origo XML and EDI industry standards required by the top UK Providers/Platforms and also supporting a wide variety of the bespoke format messages demanded by Platforms in particular.
