Working closely with the Building Business Value team at Standard Life Wrap, CBoxx built and launched an adviser-focused business and cashflow modelling tool that clearly illustrated the benefits and barriers of adopting a wrap platform into an Adviser business.
Working with Standard Life consultants, What-If? plans could be drawn up enabling decision makers to experiment with different client segmentation strategies, adviser charges and rates of asset transfer onto a platform. The bottom line impact on cashflow and predicated business value were projected three years ahead and could be used to measure and support investment requirements.
CBoxx analysed, delivered and supported a fully branded, secure online system along with associated “train the trainer” courses to the Standard Life team.
Open to new ideas and views, able to capture our specific requirements and actively keeping us informed throughout the project, CBoxx have been great to work with and delivered exactly what we wanted on time and within budget. I look forward to continuing to work with CBoxx going forward.
